The LIDA Summit 2022, successfully fulfilled its objective of providing solutions to face the current challenges of farming.

Attendees were able to learn about LIDA’s different products, as well as attend high-level technical presentations given by experts.
Lida Plant Research, held on 4 November in California, the first LIDA Summit 2022 of LIDA USA, a formative and networking event planned to bring partners and growers solutions for nowadays farming challenges. The objective of the event was successfully achieved, with different presentations of LIDA’s innovative specialities focused on the American market, by its team.
The day began with the institutional presentation by Ricardo Villuendas Pastor, LIDA’s International Business Manager, who was also accompanied by Carlos León, Manager of the American Area.
In addition, this important event was marked by high-level presentations on different key topics to improve farm management and help to make better decisions to reach the full potential of crops. These were given by 3 internationally renowned expert speakers; “The effects of drought and temperature stress on yield and quality”, by Hugh J.Earl, (University of Guelph, Canada) “Foliar uptake of mineral and organic nutrients” by Victoria Fernandez (Professor and Researcher at the Polytechnic University of Madrid) and “Plant physiology for crop management” given by Geraldo Chavarria, (University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil)
Undoubtedly, this great event has managed to bring to all attendees in a close way, all the knowledge and technology of LIDA products to meet the current challenges of agriculture, leaving multiple spaces to ask questions and offering the possibility of networking in an atmosphere of trust.
